Solastalgia: Depression or other emotional distress caused by chronic environmental destruction, particularly by climate change. Feelings of solastagia are often exacerbated by a sense of powerlessness or lack of control over the unfolding change process.
Ecological grief: The emotional response people have to environmental losses. The losses may be anticipated or already experienced, and may include the loss of species, ecosystems and meaningful landscapes from acute or chronic environmental change including climate change.
Eco-anxiety: The response to impending threats from climate change, often accompanied by feelings of helplessness, hopelessness and uncertainty. Sometimes called climate anxiety.

I hope you find them helpful – and please be reassured to know that you are not alone!
Here are some free online resources:
Join the free online Healing Circle the first Saturday of every month. Lead by energy healer and climate activist Christine, these monthly circles are a place to share your feelings, including your climate grief and anger, in a supportive circle. An opportunity to shift them using energy techniques is always provided in the 30 – 45 minute Zoom meetup.
